Customer service Representative German

Inbound customer service, via email and phone

As a customer advisor, you are responsible for dealing with customer inquiries, whether fashion advice or reviewing order processes. Become part of our international team and secure The best possible service for all of our client's end customers. Part of your daily activities will be:

  • Inbound customer service, via email and phone;
  • Ensure respectable waiting times for our customers and answer inquiries at the highest level
  • Level;
  • Guarantee excellent service quality and efficiency to achieve our team goals;
  • Provide competent advice to our customers and actively offer the latest offers.
  • Please note that for this position both good German and English, in oral and written form is required.
