As a member of the customer service support team, you will deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms

Our customer is a peer-to-peer ridesharing, taxi cab, food delivery, bicycle-sharing, and transportation network company headquartered in San Francisco, California, with operations in more than 785 metropolitan areas worldwide. Its platforms can be accessed via its websites and mobile apps. 

As a member of the customer service support team, you will deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms. Depending on which line of business you will be working for, you will deliver voice,chat and social media support. Together with your colleagues, you will be ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience and you will be a passionate advocate for users while answering any questions that come your way. Depending on the line of business you will be working for, your activities include:

Eats – General

    • You will work efficiently on our Menu's upload LOB, making an accurate data entry of the detailed information shared by the Restaurant partners.
    • You will audit the data entry included by others making sure it is 100% accurate.
    • You will support back office activities such as: Guiding restaurants through the onboarding process, proactively reach out to restaurants to help them improve our delivery business, helping delivery partners to do their first delivery and reaching out to delivery partners who need help to improve their quality.
    • You will work efficiently and effectively through our most critical incidents in customer service, accuracy and timely case resolution.

Courier / Eater

    • You will work efficiently and effectively through the support for our Eaters and Couriers.
    • You will deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email, chat, phone).
    • Be a passionate advocate for users while answering any questions that come your way.
    • Show empathy to frustrated users while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences:
    • Eater: time of delivery, food quality, incomplete order
    • Courier: incorrect address communicated, delay to answer etc.

Restaurant

    • You will deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email, chat, phone).
    • Be a passionate advocate for users while answering any questions that come your way.
    • You will get restaurant sentiment across various outbound campaign.
    • You will educate restaurants and help them perform best on the app.
    • You will work efficiently and effectively through the onboarding process of restaurants partners, teaching and helping them to use our application.

Rides

    • You will deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email, chat, phone).
    • Be a passionate advocate for users while answering any questions that come your way.
    • Show empathy to frustrated users while solving problems: issue with the application, the geo-localization, customer behavioral issue etc.

Required skills

    • Fluent in Dutch
