As a Directory Platforms Operator, you’ll talk to customers in Italian and Portuguese, helping them manage their business listings and services. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and customers are happy.

Your Tasks

• 💬 Chat and email support – answer questions and give product info
• 📝 Create and manage customer files – keep everything neat and accurate
• 📦 Take or update orders – including changes or cancellations
• 🤝 Handle feedback and complaints – always stay friendly and helpful
• 🎯 Keep customer satisfaction high by being clear, professional, and supportive

What We’re Looking For

• 🇮🇹 You speak Italian
• 🇵🇹 You also speak Portuguese
• 💬 Clear and professional writing skills
• 🧾 Good with organizing and reviewing files
• 💡 Quick to learn and curious about digital tools
• 🤝 Friendly, patient, and focused on customer happiness
• 🧘 Calm and organized, even when juggling tasks
