We are looking for a friendly and helpful Customer Support Agent to assist users of an online platform where hotels can buy different products they need—like cleaning supplies, bedding, crockery, branded items, and more.

Your Role and main tasks

You will help hotel staff and suppliers who use the platform by answering their questions and solving basic technical issues. You’ll provide support by phone, email, or chat.

• Help users with login or access problems.
• Assist hotels with placing orders on the platform.
• Help suppliers upload new products or update prices.
• Guide hoteliers in finding the right supplier, especially for urgent needs.
• Give basic advice related to hotel product options and platform use.
• Check if an order was confirmed or completed.
• Forward product delivery issues (like wrong or damaged items) to another department.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in French, both written and spoken
• English (B2)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide great customer service.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
