• 🎓 Train users – Teach professionals how to use the platform effectively over the phone.
• 📧 Handle emails – Quickly respond to requests and solve issues.
• 💡 Answer questions – Help clients understand the product and make the most of it.
• 🤝 Work with other teams – Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure users are happy.

What We’re Looking For

• ✔️Proficiency in French
• ✔️ English level B2
