You’ll be helping business clients use these tools more efficiently by answering their questions, fixing issues, and offering solutions that suit their needs.

Your Tasks

• 📞 Support business clients via phone, email, or chat
• 👤 Identify and verify account holders
• 🔧 Troubleshoot problems and guide clients to solutions
• ✅ Follow clear procedures and meet support quality standards
• 📆 Handle appointment or order questions
• 🔁 Work with a team to provide fast and reliable support

What We’re Looking For

• 🎓 High school diploma (required)
• 📊 1+ year experience in customer service (required)
• 🧠 Strong problem-solving skills
• 🤝 Team player with good communication skills
• ⚙️ Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• 💬 Professional and friendly attitude
• 🖥️ Experience with customer service platforms is a plus
• 📋 Detail-oriented and organized
• 🕐 Willingness to work in rotating shifts, on-site
