As an Customer Advisor Agent, support customer via Social media chat, email and calls.
Responsibilities
Support the after-sales process and every step related to it.
Complaint management and escalation when needed.
Answer customer requests and/or doubts.
Ensure suggestive selling is carry out if there is openess on the part of the customer.
French market has two teams, one will work the digital channel and the other will deal with emails and calls.
Your Profile
Proficient French speaker (C1 or higher)
Previous experience in Customer Service representative is a plus.
Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
