🛠 Your Responsibilities
Identify & Engage: Proactively hunt for high-potential partners via outbound calls and emails 📞📧.
Consultative Selling: Deliver tailored pitches and guide new hosts through a smooth onboarding process.
Build Trust: Establish rapport quickly with key decision-makers and act as a knowledgeable advocate for the platform 🤝.
Pipeline Management: Progress opportunities through the sales funnel and smash your individual targets 🎯.
Master the Tech: Manage customer data and activities accurately in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot 💻.
Collaborate: Work closely with the wider sales team to share success stories and process improvements.
✅ Your Profile
Language Skills: Native-level German (C2) and excellent English (C1) 🗣️.
Experience: 2 years in sales, business development, or recruitment (travel or SaaS experience is a huge plus!) 📱.
Proven Track Record: A history of exceeding targets in performance-driven environments 🏆.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
