Join our vibrant 🌞 Barcelona team as an Admin Support Advisor! You’ll be the first contact for business clients, solving requests quickly and building strong customer relations.
Your role
As the first line of support 📞✉️, you’ll help clients with account activations 🔑, transaction checks 💳 and financial requests 💰. By providing clear info and fast solutions, you ensure smooth operations and happy clients 🤝.
🔑 Your responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls & e-mails (B2B) 📞💻
- Support new clients with onboarding 🔑
- Handle transaction & financial queries 💳💰
- Share product info & solutions 💡
- Keep strong customer relationships ❤️
- Follow training program (3 phases + buddy system) 📚
👤 Your profile
- Proficiency in German and good level of English 🗣️
- Experience in call center is a plus ☎️
- Strong communicator ✍️👂
- Positive & adaptable 🌟

- Skilled in constructive conflict handling 🔧
