As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and problem-solving expert assisting users through inbound and outbound calls. Your role will involve supporting customers of a well-known e-commerce platform—think order updates, delivery questions, and creating smooth shopping experiences. 🛍️📦

💬 Your Day-to-Day

• 📞 Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls
• 🔍 Investigate and resolve issues from buyers, sellers, creators, and users
• 🕐 Review reports within deadlines and quality standards
• 📈 Escalate complex cases through the proper channels
• 🛒 Stay up-to-date and enthusiastic about the e-commerce world
• 🧠 Apply empathy, logic, and excellent communication to each interaction
• 🎯 Adapt easily to peak times—especially during big promotions and events

✅ What You’ll Need

• 🗣️ German: C2 level (native-like fluency)
• 🗣️ English: B2 level (comfortable communication)
• 💡 Strong customer service mindset
• 💬 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 🧘‍♂️ Calm and rational decision-making skills under pressure
