We are looking for Technical Support of Telematic software and hardware .
Required skills
- Fluent in German
- Working proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer user (MS office, Adobe, Data Bases and CRM)
- Ability to troubleshoot and find the solution independently
Nice to haves:
- Understand what is a sim card, an SD card, a server and what is their purpose
- Understand mobile networks and internet connection, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity
- Ability to use smart phones and internet applications
- Usage of MS Office
