Our customer
Our client positions itself with over 227 million customers in 33 countries and more than 200,000 employees worldwide as a multilingual and global company with French origins. They stand out with the rapid expansion of mobile High-performance communication networks as well as through the development of outstanding innovations in the Cellular area. Part of your daily tasks will be:
- Handling of inquiries from business customers (small and medium-sized enterprises) by telephone and e-mail;
- Processing of requests for payment transactions, contracts, invoices, as well as serious management of customer data;
- Clarification of outstanding payments;
- Resolving basic technical issues;
- Actively finding solutions.
