We are looking for a Customer Service Support Line that provides support service and you will be responsible for taking incoming telephone and e-mail enquiries from customers relating to arrange of specified products or services, with the clear objective being to resolve the customer’s issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. Part of your daily activities will be:

• Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions;
• Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
• Providing information about fashion products;
• Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.
