As technical support, you have to help and try to customers in every situation. Resolve or escalate concerns. Support is available through incoming calls, chat and email, in German and English language provided.
Your tasks:
- Support with software installation
- Process customer inquiries
- process inquiries from corporate customers (B2B)
- Support of customers in German as well as in English
- Customer account management
