As a support employee in the retention team, you will work on recovering corporate customers (B2B) in the event a possible termination of the cooperation. Support is provided via calls, chat and email, provided in German.

Your tasks:

• Customer contact via telephone, chat and e-mail in German;
• Winning back corporate customers (B2B) in the event of a possible termination of cooperation
• Inbound discussions with customers who want to end their partnership;
• Offering alternative solutions and tweaks to prevent termination;
• Proactively contacting potential termination cases (ex. in the case of soon-to-be-expired subscriptions);
• Analysis of possible cases of termination, based on automatically created empirical reports.
