Our customer
Our customer is a multinational cigarette and tobacco manufacturing company with products sold in over 180 countries.
You will be supporting the customer by providing exceptional customer service via phone and e-mail. You will assist customers by responding to queries related to store locations, services, general inquiries, policies and assist with order placement while complying with all company policies, procedures and directives. Also, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction surveys.Part of your daily activities will be:
Customer support by phone (inbound and outbound), chat and email;
Providing customers with detailed information on any questions regarding IQOS products;
Professional advice on the use of IQOS products;
Assistance with online ordering;
Handling of warranty claims
Information and assistance with questions about other tobacco products.

Required skills
Fluent in German
