Our customer takes care of vehicle and personal assistance for members and customers who are abroad. With more than 22 million members, our customer is the largest automobile club in Europe.
As a Customer Service Specialist you will:
Be first point of contact for members and clients, stranded due to an accident, breakdown or illness, when travelling abroad and in need
Record all relevant information to ensure the fastest possible help organization and process the relevant orders for assistance
Perform outbound contacts to our network-partners to mediate or organize, as needed, medical or roadside assistance
Advising and informing members and insured clients during the case management process
Taking an active role in the claims management of the cases
With your empathy you manage to calm the members and clients down, even in emergency situations
Your profile
Fluent conversational proficiency in German, Spanish and English
Good communication skills and enjoying contact with people
Distinct customer orientation and high social skills
Willingness to work in flexible rotative shifts, public holiday and weekends (Service 07-23)
Team-Player and good organisational skills
Interest to develop skills in training opportunities and self-learning
User knowledge in the field of standard software
Professionals and career changers are very welcome
We offer
Permanent contract, full or part time
- Starting salary of € 22.000 gross per year (Full-Time) plus
Shift supplements for worked week-ends and public holidays
Up to € 1.155/yearly of value in Restaurant Voucher
Yearly bonus payment of up to one monthly salary
Supplements for further qualifications such as plus for multi-skilling
2 employee-events per year
