For one of the biggest names is Crypto currency we are looking for a content moderator. Together with your colleagues, you will be ensuring competent content moderation in our facilities in Lisbon, Portugal. Part of your daily activities will be:
Content Moderation for your target language
Written contact with customers in your target language, as well as in English
Remove and delete inappropriate content
Content Management, to avoid cyber crime
Make sure content lives up to ethical standards
Remove and delete content like hate message, cyber bullying, terror and animal abuse
Evaluate and investigate passive or reactive abuse of the platform and take appropriate action;
Monitor and identify potential fraud, account takeover, and other regulatory risks;
Ensure that the digital wallet / platform is free from spam, scams, or harmful contents;
Moderate that the usage of the tool is appropriate and in accordance with the set standards;
Respond to questions from NFT Marketplace users;
Advocate for safety and security.
