Minimum Qualifications
Fluent in Danish
Working proficiency in English
Either college graduate of a 4 year or 2 year course or its equivalent, OR High School Graduate (K-12) with 6 months call center experience
Good communication and computer navigation skills
Call center experience is preferred but not required
Experience working in hospitality/travel/airline industry is a plus but not required
Skills
Flexible to changes and has a sense of urgency
Good time management skills
Can work under pressure and can deliver set goals
Confident in handling complex situation
Conversant and able to convey messages
Ability to effectively respond to customer needs
Interpersonal skills required to work well with others
Ability to follow directions
Ability to use the desktop computer system
Ability to navigate within web-based applications
Able to type 25 words per minute at 100% accuracy or its equivalent net speed
Ability to multitask
Ability to learn at a fast pace
Good comprehension and listening skills
